| I thought it might be time for an update. I dont really have any
interesting things to report in my life. I've been busy with
school and stuff like that. Cross Country is winding down...only
one race left for me--and that's region--the race that determines
whether or not my team goes to state. i'm nervous about it for
several reasons. first, i want to go to state so bad. and
second, if we do go to state, i have to miss my church's girls'
retreat. that makes me very sad. so i guess either way
there's a negative and a positive.
We're leaving on sunday morning to go to
Disneyworld! As childish as it may seem to you, I am so excited
about it. Everyone is always so happy in Disneyworld. I
just love being there.
Then the day I get back I get to see Katie!! That's going to be some pretty exciting stuff.
Well, that's all I have to say.

| i have received numerous requests for an update! well here goes....
not much to report actually. my life is pretty boring.
cross country is still going on and school is still boring. we
have quarter exams next week  and thats going to stink. but its all good.
i think i'm going to see a movie with brittney tonight. we are
just too cool haha. i have a race in searcy arkansas in the
morning. we have to be at school at 5 45am. can any one say
thats incredibly early?? well...much love to all

| my race was good. thank you all my well-wishing friends.
this week has been a good one thus far. i don't really have a lot
to report. but yes, the Corpse Bride is amazing. and yes,
the exorcism of emily rose is terrifying. and as always, God is
good. I went to see someone the other day and they shared
something really special with me. Heard of the St. Francis of
Assisi Prayer? Well it may have a more technical name than that, but
that's what my friend told me it was called. It goes like this
"God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the
courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the
difference."
I just thought that was pretty cool and I wanted to
share that with whoever still reads my xanga. love you all...

| just another monday...
I'm already tired of school. I want to be out
of high school all together. Ah well, it will come soon
enough. Today was actually a pretty good day. Nothing good
really happened but nothing bad really happened either. It's
always nice when your boyfriend says "you look really gorgeous today"  --the best part is, I was wearing jeans and a t-shirt today 
I have a CC race tomorrow. I'm not nervous
about it...yet. I'm pretty tired of running....I'm pretty tired
of a lot of things haha.
What if school was only 2 months out of the
year? That would be awesome. But there'd probably be like
school every day of the week...and like 24 grades. Heck, I'd
settle for 6 months of school, six months of summer-that would be
pretty nice indeed.

| Yesterday evening was the homecoming game. We slaughtered the
other team-which was good, but it didn't make for an interesting
game. Then Greg and I, unlike everyone else, went to my house and
watched a movie. Then he left and I went to bed.
Today I don't know what I'm going to do. I
guess just hang out around my house and do nothing. I'm
babysitting tonight. That will be some money coming in.
